Hi, everybody!

So, last night, my friends and I went to a prom. Someone my friend knows is taking his A-levels this school year and so we went to his prom together. I hadn't been at any ball for an incredibly long time. We were three girls and two guys and so we had a good opportunity to get to dance a bit too. It was so much fun. In fact, I couldn't stop grinning all night. Even just watching people on the dance floor, having fun, it just made me feel happy and I realized how much I miss dancing and the feeling it gives you. I definitely want to go to dances again regularly, maybe even isit a course, so I can dance regularly and refresh my knowledge. I hope that I can go with my friends whenever our spare time allows it. Dancing just makes you happy and it's also good body exercise, which works in favour of my plan to lose some weight. ^^ So, I really want to dance again, as often as I can. ^___^

Hello, everybody!


I wonder if anyone is even still reading this journal. I haven't been on in such a long time. Well, even so, to those whom it may concern, I plan to revive this place a bit, along with my communities. Since I'm working a lot, please don't expect too many entries, but I want to contribute to the fan community as I can.


So, what can I say right now? You might have noticed that I changed the layout of my journal a bit. Including the header. Yes, I'm an "Arashian" now. Judge me, if you want, I'm not ashamed of anything. XD Plus, it doesn't mean that I'm leaving behind ofther fandoms. KinKi will be my alltime ultimate love and a number of JE artists have a soft spot in my heart as well. Even so, I wanted to express the love I feel for Arashi and I hope that you will appreciate it too.


While all of this might be new, of course there are also things that remain the same and that I want to go back to. Namely:

* Fiction writing: I plan to update of my fiction journal regularly, finishing stories that have been started, but also adding a lot of new stuff, I hope you will enjoy it.

* File sharing: I will re-upload old files if the links are dead and I plan to add more so I can provide a wider range of files.

*Dieting: After my surgery this summer I sadly gained quite some weight again. This totally sucks, so I'm planning to get rid of all of that again by next summer. Since I simply can't visit the gym regularly, I'm creating my own fitness area at home and train there. Please wish me luck with this.

* Japan: I am so happy that I will be able to visit KinKi's New Year's Live again this year. Thanks a million to [livejournal.com profile] maharan1 who always helps me so kindly with this. <3 In addition I would love to visit the Johnny's Countdown as well, but I wonder if that will be possible. ^^"

Hello, everybody!

It’s been ages since I’ve actively done anything around here. I apologize, I’m really busy and there’s a lot going on, but I wanted to share some news. These past few months have been very intense on several levels, but I’m feeling fine for the main part. I’m working full time now, which is fantastic for me, but also very time consuming. ^^” I enjoy my work a lot, though, and I’m glad that I can work the full time schedule.

So, what’s new?

I wrote about a year ago how I wanted to start a dieting project.  I’ve been doing it almost all the time ever since. Lost 30kg by now altogether. Last week I tried to set a new pace and try to eat pasta and rice again more regularly and even allow myself some milk and cheese. I wanted to see if I could balance it well to keep the weight that I have now. Something strange happened, though. I found that after about two days of carbohydrate diet I felt no desire to eat the stuff again for a while. So, while it didn’t do anything about my weight, I found that I don’t really want the stuff anymore. It makes you sleepy after eating and generally more lax. So I’ll keep sticking with the program for the main part and only eat the “heavy” stuff when I really feel a lot like it, which apparently isn’t very often.

It’s interesting, while I always enjoy to have one day on which I can eat at leisure, I don’t need that kind of food on a daily basis anymore. It makes me feel slow and lazy. For now I’m not aiming for further weight loss, though. I’ve been doing really good for about a year now, so I’ll enjoy some liberties for a while now, before going back to a tight program and shape into the form that I desire.

Lately I haven’t done any fanfiction. I do feel sorry about it, because I always enjoy writing it, but my work is not only time consuming, but also very “screen-heavy”, so it’s often hard to find any kind of motivation to sit in front of a screen again after work, especially after switching to full time. It makes me kind of sad, because I have the artistic drive, but often find it too exhausting to actually write my thoughts down. Well, there is something that has me a bit more motivated again lately. I have a new writing project running now. I plan to turn one of the stories I have created into an actual original fiction story that I would also love to see released as a book. I am currently working a lot on a good story-line and I’m bringing in new characters, changing some that the story already has, thinking up a round up for the universe, etc. So, there’s a lot to do. I hope you guys will wish me luck with this new project. I don’t plan on stopping to write fanfiction. When the muse hits me, I’ll definitely write, but it’ll be a lot less than what I’ve done before – apparently.

I just remembered that I should also upload some new files to my archive. Please be patient with me, I'll share new things when I can. <3

I hope you guys are doing well and that you’re enjoying yourselves, no matter what you do. Anyone to go and see Koichi in SHOCK? ^^ I’d love to go so much, but I’m not sure if it’ll be possible this year. I’m aiming for September, though. Maybe I can go. ^__^ And I want to see KinKi again this year too! I missed it so much last year. T___T I have to try to get a few days off at work. ^_~

Hi, everybody!

As you might have noticed I haven't been around too much lately. ^^" I am very sorry about this, but my long working hours make it close to impossible for me to do something that needs concentrated working aside from it. I very much bemourn this, because I feel like I am deprived of my creative work that I love so much. D:  It was only yesterday, though, that I realized how much this is getting to me. I had a pretty bad break-down last night, but had to go back to work for my next 10 hour shift today. So, I am devastated about it, but at least for the next two weeks I won't be able to do any serious work on my journal or any of my communities. I apologize to everybody who is waiting for updates of my work. m(__)m I will try to add a few things once my working hours get reduced a bit during the second half of the month, but I will be back fully only in September when finally my working hours go back to "normal".

I hope you're all doing fine and I am already looking forward to being an active part of the lj community again. I miss all of you! <3 Please wait for me. I might be dropping in for just very minor stuff, when I find the time, but I will announce my official return as soon as it can happen. I am writing this now to let you all know that I am not dropping any of my work, but I really do need some time to rest and recover. I will be back asap, definitely. ^^

Thanks to all of you for your support and I also want to apologize to everybody I haven't answered properly lately. I will do that too, as soon as I can. Nothing is forgotten!

With this I will finally head back home now to get some much-needed rest for today. (- o-)

Hello, friends, strangers and everybody else!




Phew, it’s been FOREVER since I wrote anything into my blog. @_@ I am really sorry about this, but work has a really tight grip on me right now and whenever I have some spare time at hand the last thing I want to do is stare at another screen. It still feels like I’m lacking something, because I miss writing a lot, but right now it’s just way too tiring. So, I am sorry for any delays and I really want to be more active on my journal again.

Hello, everybody!

Omg, I can't believe how time's flying. Somehow I've been neglecting my nikki. First it was just five days and suddenly... But I haven't neglected my project. I'll give a shrot summary of the previous two weeks.


Week 6:

Everything went really well, no major incidents - or breakthroughs. I practiced my new routine at the gym a lot and I had another -1kg by the end of the week.


Week 7:

Altogether a sucessful week, although I have to admit that I severely neglected the gym, because of my late shift working. >< I want to catch up on that as soon as possible. Even so, I pulled through with the eating and so this week was a success too. I changed my load day back to Saturday, because I find it more convenient. And boy, did I eat this Saturday. My brother and I had friends over. We played MahJongg, watched some LOL and had pizza and lots of junk. XD It was wonderful. ^^

I want to go back to regular reports again, at least for now. The official project lasts for 10 weeks and as long as that's on I want to keep record. I think I'll keep going with the project  for a while longer, but then maybe switch to weekly reports. Well, I'll decide about that along the way.


Report on day 49:

For the time being, I'll tell you how things went today. I'm really not feeling well. The weather is very exhausting, it's very hot and humid and in addition I'm currently on my period (which will make tomorrow's visit at the gym a real pain >< ) My mother very kindly took care of lunch today, even though she too was working today. I only had to take care of my dinner. I invested in two lunch boyes that I can take to work. Today we had chicked with green beans for lunch and my dinner at work was the rest of the beans, tomatoes and some ham. For tomorrow I prepared tamagoyaki, cucumber, tomatoes and ham. Today I couldn't go to the gym, because of my late shift. But I'll definitely go tomorrow, no matter what.

I'm back with a new update. I lost one more kg during my fifth week, which isn't too much, but still makes me happy.


Report on day 34:

Sunday was my load day. Ice-cream, chocolates and candy. :D And fried food. ^^ I had one fantastic day. :D No gym. I took my time to relax.


Report on day 35:

Monday was my first day on holiday. I had chili for lunch and ham and eggs and avocados for dinner. B.A. came by to share dinner with me which made me happy.

I had an appointment at the gym today. I got a new course containing more training for my back, which is really good. I did some extra workout, so I did good. ^^


Report on day 36:

Today I had steak with vegetables for lunch and a yummy salad with ham for dinner.

I was out shopping with my mom and then I went out with a very good friend today. We had tea and dinner and went to the movies. So, I didn't really have time for the gym. But I'll go again tomorrow. ^^

Hello, everybody!

It's time to update my nikki. As I am on holiday again I have a lot of time at hand - although today has been pretty busy. ^^ But I'll start with yesterday.


Report on day 32:

Friday was pretty busy. Like, it felt as though everybody was either out on the streets, or bothering me at work. XD Or maybe first out on the street and then calling to complain about some random thing. Lately at work we only have complaints about invoices. There's an annual fee that's due around this time and people forget about it time and time again. ^^"

Ah, as for food... we had green beans with some nice chicken. I then took some of the left-overs to work, so I could eat them there. I had a long and late shift, so I thought ti would be better to eat before getting back home. So I had green beans again. It was all good, but I was so hungry when I  got home. @_@ Work had been really distressful and I felt like I really had to get something to eat. So I took three slices of ham with some mustard and horse raddish. Had two tomatoes with it. Then I felt a lot better. :D

No gym yesterday, I was working too late. ><


Report on day 33:

Now for today. I was out all day. Shopping with my mom. It was really good fun. We had lunch at the mall. Veggies with chicken. For dinner I had another salad.

I went to gym today and for the first time since I started this I had a special. I'm allowed some milk and/or fruit when I work out. And today was one big work-out, so I decided that it was okay to have a strawberry milkshake. It was totally yummy. :D

Now for something random. As I already mentioned I went shopping with my mom today. I got some new clothes, because the stuff that I have is starting to feel a bit too big. ^^ I got new jeans, a dress and new shoes today. :D And then some random stuff. XD But the most exciting thing happened after we were done. Suddenly the unlock button of our car's key didn't work anymore. I guessed that it was the battery, but we didn't know how we should change it in the garage of the mall. So I tried to open the door the "old-fashioned" way, putting the key into the hole and turning. It worked too, the door unlocked. Unfortunately the alarm service was not disabled that way. So the door opened, but that set off the alarm and we made some really big noise. Every time a door was opened. >< We only had one mobile phone with us and that had very little battery.

Not knowing what else to do I got back into the mall in order to try to get the battery changed. I didn't really know how to manage that, but there was a key service, so I went there first. Unfortunately the guy working there couldn't help me. But he suggested I find a watch maker and ask there. So I went to a watch maker in the building. And really, a shop assistant there opened the key and took a look. Sadly she didn't have the battery that I needed. She agreed to keep the key and wait for me if I wanted to go and buy the right battery. And so... I went to the electronic store. Fortunately that one is really huge and I had no trouble getting the battery that I needed. Then right back to the watch maker. The nice lady there put the new battery in and handed me the key back. I was feeling really relieved. I quickly headed back to hte car and... the key didn't work. -_-#

After the entire ordeal hadn't helped my mom and I decided to call breakdown service to help up out. My mom tried with her low battery. She was explaining the situation to a man on the service line. That was when suddenly the key reacted again. It locked the car and then unlocked it again and FINALLY we could start the car again. It seems like the key simply needed some time to "charge" after being completely drained. ^^" That was quite an adventure, really. And yet I still went to gym afterwards. So I did good today.


This is my report for now. Tomorrow is my load day. I have cookies and cake and ice-cream. :D

Phew, it's been a while since I wrote my nikki. But now i'm back. It's a rather busy week. Again. XD This report will be rather short too, I'm sorry. m(__)m


Report on day 28:

Monday was a bit difficult after a long working weekend. I had really long working hours and I totally forgot to bring food to work. So I only ate when I got home. So, I only had one meal on that day. We had lots of left-overs from our soup, so I ate that with shrimp and sweet pepper.

I did not go to gym, because it was a really long working day.


Report on day 29:

Tuesday was another really long working day. But I took food to work on that day. So I had some saussage with mustard and also some tuna for lunch. For dinner I made some salad.

Again, no gym. But I did my home exercise as to not get out of my working out rhythm.


Report on day 30:

Now, yesterday was a bit of a fail. We had some meat with veggies for lunch. Unfortunately I saw too late that the frozen vegetables that I used had been fixed up with spices and also sugar. For dinner I had lots of fish and vegetables again. I ate out, which is tricky. It went well, generally, but then I grabbed some salad and there was some sugar in that too. >< So I couldn't really pull the concenpt through, which bothers me, but I've decided to learn from it and not make those mistakes again.

No gym, because I was out all day. Like really, all day, so I had lots of exercise. :D


Report on day 31:

Today we had steak with brokkoli for lunch. It's so delicious. Dinner was salad again, because I had so many left-overs. XD

Went to gym. My first time this week. But I'll definitely go during the weekend.


Okay, this is it for now. Sorry for the short report, but I'm already so tired. This week is just flying by. The weekend is already approaching. I wonder if I lost any weight this week. Waiting for my load day to check my weight.

Time for my weekend report. It's been a very straining week altogether. So here's the summary of my weekend.


Report on day 25:

Friday wasn't very eventful. I had chili for lunch and scrambled eggs with veggies for dinner.

I was a good girl and went to gym, working out.


Report on day 26:

Yesterday was a bit difficult. For breakfast I had s small salami and black coffee. I'm really trying to get used to that. ^^ After work things got stressful. My mother prepared something for lunch, but she'd gotten sick over eating it, so I decided to prepare something for myself. I had tuna with tomatoes. Somehow I ended up skipping dinner.

No gym yesterday, but I did my video work-out.


Report on day 27:

Today was my load day. So I had lots of yummy food. ^^ Chocolates and cookies and lots of other stuff. For lunch we had pizza and fro dinner I prepared Ramen. B.A. came by for dinner and a movies. Ramen is always so much work, but it's totally worth it. ^^ Our movies of the night was "Villain" starrring Tackey. I love him a lot and I think it was a really good movie.

Oh, almost forgot. Before I got into my load day, I did my weekly weight check. Ladies and gentlemen, I did it. :D I lost 10kg within a month. It's so amazing, I still can't believe it. I'm trying to keep calm, I know things can't keep rushing like that, but I'm hoping that I'll lose the amount two more times. Maybe not within the remaining 6 weeks of this project, but altogether. Yes, that would be my dream. I'll keep you up to date on how I'm doing, of course.

In order to make things easier for me when I have long and/or late working shifts, I've ordered a bento box kit, so I can prepare my own food and bring it to work. Otherwise it would be difficult to eat at work. Generally my breaks are no longer than twenty minutes, which is pretty tight when it's about eating. Plus, I can't buy anything at my work place that I'm allowed to eat during the week. And going to a restaurant is simply not possible due to the time issue.

You see, in my country food stalls exist, but they aren't as present as you might be used to. As for restaurants... Well, we've got a considerate number, but it's nothing compared to what I've seen in other places. The thing is, a restaurant here offers a lot of different meals that are supposed to meet the tastes of a lot of people. When we go out for a meal with friends or family we don't decide what we want to eat and then choose the restaurant that serves the dish, we simply choose a restaurant and everybody gets whatever they feel like eating. This system has advantages and disadvantages. A disadvantage is that a lot of dishes need quite some preparation after you ordered them, so you will have to wait a while for your food. Up to 15 minutes or maybe even a bit longer is quite common. Of course there are advantages too. Like, when you can't agree on a dish, you can still eat together in the same restaurant. ^^

Okay, now I'll head off to bed. I have a long morning shift tomorrow. I hope you all had a nice weekend. :D The new report will be up soon. And I plan to update my fiction journal on Wednesday. Hello, everybody!

It's about time I wrote a new update. I'm finding it hard to stick with my diet these days. >< But I'm trying hard to stay on track. It's a bit tought, because I have to delay my load day to Sunday and somehow that seems so far away even now. XD But I think I've worked my way through the most difficult part of the week by now.


Report on day 23:

Wednesday was an okay day. We had the left-overs of the soup from Tuesday. We bought some more shrimp to put it in and some sweet pepper. I really absolutely love that dish. Oh, I almsot forgot, I also had two slices of our special bread with ham in the morning. ^^ It's nice to have something to eat when you have to leave the house early. For dinner I had my obligatory salad. Somehow this has come to be a kind fo custom. ^^ But it's so yummy. XD

I went to the gym on that day, so altogether I was a good girl. I had my dinner with B.A., which was especially nice too. And then we watched Tackey's journey through South America together. Omg, I can#t even say how often I have to LOL at how you can see that he's a guy traveling by himself for the first time. It's hilarious. XD


Report on day 24:

Yesterday I had a late shift at work and I had to prepare lunch before I left. So I had absolutely no time to go to the gym. >< It's still okay. I'll be going today so I'm still in the "every second day" routine. ^^

We had salmon with veggies for lunch. Mhhhhh. :D As for dinner... salad. XD Once again. For now I can't really get enough of it. It's also easy to prepare, so I'm happy with it. Today I want to have a warm dinner, though. ^^


Okay, that much for a report for now. Right now I feel a bit of a slack in my motivation, because I feel like I haven't lost any weight this week. I know that my period cut in there and I'm still hoping that there will still be a change by the end of the week. It's my goal/dream to finish the first 10kg with the end of the first month of this project. Wish me luck. ^^

Hello, folks!

I'm late again. So sorry. m(__)m The start of the week has been very distressful. I'm working again and trying to keep my diet working. BUt first things first.


Report on day 19:

Saturday was my load day last week. I had lots of yummy food. Ice-cream, chocolate, sweet bakery and fried fish and baguette with cheese for my main dishes. So good. ^^ I adhn't had cheese in three weeks. It was a really pleasant day.

I trained a lot on Thursday and Friday and so I took Saturday off and simply enjoyed myself.


Report on day 20:

Sunday wasn't a very good day. My body was aching really bad. I think I overstrained my muscles and even slight movement hurt a lot. So, in order to recover my body I decided that I should take it slow and not go to the gym. There's no good in pushing your body like that when it's telling you that it needs to rest.

My lunch was chicken with herbs and mashed vegetables. It was nice. But it won't be my favourite dish. My dinner was a good salad with tomatoes and meat pieces. I just love salad. ^^


Report on day 21:

My lunch on Monday was the wonderful beef steak with brokkoli and tomatoes that I love so much. Dinner was salad with tomatoes again, this time around with peas and salmon. :D Yummy. My mother baked a special bread today that we can eat. The base are chickpeas and almonds. It's really good, but you shouldn't eat too much of it.

My body was feeling considerably better, so I decided to hit the gym. In retrospective it was a good idea, it gave me a good feeling. ^_^ However, a new obstacle started to show itself. Finally my period is kicking in. I've been waiting for it already. It seems that the severe changes during the past three weeks have caused a slight delay. But now I'm facing my ultimate enemy. XD During these days my weight always goes up, I feel fat and slack no matter what I do and my stomach basically turns into a black hole, I mean, I literally don't get the feeling of being stuffed, no matter what or how much I eat. @__@ And whenever I don't feel like eating I'm feeling stomach sick. ><


Report on day 22:

Today was a very hard day. I had an early long shift - worst combination ever. XD Nah, I have no reason to complain, my job is cool. But my period was almost killing me. I didn't sleep too much and my stomach was cramping pretty bad. Took some pain killers so I wouldn't be too distracted at work. No gym today, because I am feeling very weak.

I had two small slices of our special bread with ham and horse raddish. It was definitely good to eat before going to work. I'll buy myself a bento-set so I'll be able to take my own food to work. I can't buy anything there that's safe to eat, but sometimes when I'm working long it's nice to have a little snack. My dinner was an incredible soup that my mother prepared. It was super delicious with carrots, celeriac and ginger. I had shrimp and sweet pepper with it. One of the best meals I've had since I started this.


Phew, okay. I am glad that I could finally write this. Now I'll have to go to bed soon, I'm having a very early shift tomorrow, but it'll be a shorter one. That's good too, because I really need to buy some new shoes. Mine didn't survive the painball session. ^^" Now I need a new pair of black shoes. Well, it's about time I got a new one. For now this is it, I'll try to work on my fiction community tomorrow. I want to make the series masterpost alphabetical again and I want to add more chapter buttons. See you for the next report. :D

Hello again!

Today is Friday. The third week of the project has already come pretty far. Time flies when one's working. XD


More detailed this time, report on day 18:

I was out all day, so I couldn't go home to cook anything. For lunch I had a salad with chicken stripes. My dinner was a local specialty. I don't really know how to describe it... My dictionary says "curen meat in gelatine" and that's basically what it is, just that it's often also spiked with veggies like peas and carrots. I wonder if it sounds weird to anyone. ^^ It's something people eat a lot around here and curiously it's very light food that I can eat at any time. It's served with vinegar and pumpkin seed oil, also a local specialty. It was really delicious.

Today was quite distressful, first I had a very early shift. I had very little sleep, so I needed a cup of coffee as I got up. Coffee's without sugar and milk right now, which (in my personal understanding) is really nasty, but I could finish it. ^^ I was out all day, my working team went on a team trip today. Our group activity was paintball. I have to say, that kind of thing is not really my cup of tea. But it sure is exhausting, even when you're mainly hiding and trying to stay clear of everything. I only played two rounds, though, then I joined a friend in the "audience" section and for the rest of the time we took pics and vids. Afterwards we were invited out for dinner, so it was pretty late as I got home. Even so I did a small workout on our cross-trainer before hitting the shower.

This is it for today. Tomorrow is this week's load day, so I can have ice-cream, chocolate and fish and chips. :DDDD Very much looking forward to all of that. ^___^

Hello, again!

Here are my new dieting reports. I am on -8kg now and my third week is slowly already coming to an end. Somehow ti feels like this week is totally flying by. ^^


Report on day 15:

On Tuesday I had scrambled eggs for lunch with some vegetables. For dinner I made a salad with tuna, which was really good. I also got a special treat, sweet corn. Yummy. ^_^

I did not go to gym, because my working hours simply didn't allow it.


Report on day 16:

Lunch was quick with a salad with some tomatoes and meat. For dinner I ate the left-overs of what I still had.

Once again, no gym. (Late shift sucks. ><)


Report on day 17:

Today I had yummy veggies and beef for lunch and veggies with eggs for dinner.

I didn't hit the gym, because it was once again pretty late, but today I did my body workout at home and I still cleaned the house, which also counts as workout. XD So I did body exercise today.


That much for now. Sorry for the short entry, but it's such a busy week. >< Will write in more detail again soon. And also update my ficiton. :D

Hello, everybody! :D

A bit late, but here I am to write my diary on my diet again. Three days, the weekend and my load day.


Report on day 11:

Friday. I was out with a friend all day, but even though I only ate out I managed to keep my line up. Mind you, that is not easy to manage. Almsot every meal comes with rice or potatoes. But for pasta dishes. XD Well, and salad. So, it wasn't easy. But there's something I can always rely on. When you don't know what else to do, think Japanese. ^_^ So I had Sashimi for lunch. I realize, of course, that a plate of Sashimi in one of our local malls hardly compares to the real thing, but it had all the qualities that I needed. It's simply fish and that's what I wanted. Wasabi is okay to eat, same as soy sauce, so it was a good lunch. For dinner I had a salad with various veggies and chicken. Yummy. ^_^

As expected, no workout on that day, but we were out running around all day - almost counts as a workout. XD And I had lots of tea. My friend is really a very considerate host. <3


Report on day 12:

For lunch I had a wonderful salad with asparagus and ham. It was really delicious. For dinner I prepared some chili. That was really good too and I had left-overs for my first working day after my holiday.

Went to gym and did my workout. Good girl. ^^


Report on day 13:

Yesterday was my load day of the week. So, after two weeks of going full out I decided to really give myself a break. First, since it was Mother's Day, we ate out for lunch at one of our city's best steak houses. I had a fantastic steak, french fries and lemonade. In the afternoon I had some sweet drops and lods of ice-cream. For dinner I had a burger and cheese sticks. So, I had a day of heavy food - but it was really good. :D

No training yesterday - too full. XD


Report on day 14:

Today I basically ate the left-overs of my chili in two portions over the entire day and even though I was really tired after my working day I went to gym for my workout. YAY!!! \(^o^)/

Okay, this is it, now I'm up to date. Weird, it would be expected that I would have more time for writing my blog while I'm on vacation, but somehow it turned out the other way around. ^^" I'm looking forward to this third week and I want to give my best again. ^__^

Hello, again!

I'm writing another entry today, because I already know that it'll be difficult tomorrow. I'll spend the entire day out with a friend of mine. It feels good to get out and have some fun. :D Well, to keep track of what I'm doing I'm writing this summary of today's activities.


Report on day 10:

I had coconut curry for lunch with chicken and shripm. That was totally awesome. For lunch I had planned a salad. Sadly that salad wasn't really good to eat, so not even half of what I bought was on my plate in the end. I tried to compensate with additional an tomatoe, but it wasn't a lot of food. D: Fortunately, I had some leftovers of last night's chili, so I warmed that up and ate that as a little add-on. So, dinner was okay after all. ^^

I went to gym and did my workout, which I'll also be unable to do tomorrow. So I worked extra hard today. :D


Okay, today was quite short, but there wasn't anything extraordinary and it's just for one day. I'll be back on Saturday. ^_^

Hello, everybody! :D

Oh boy, am I late. ^^ I had a few busy days. Well, yesterday I was just lazy and somehow time slipped through my fingers and in the end it was already time to go to bed. XD Oh, and I had a fight with a spider. >< *hates spiders* Well, a bit late, but finally online.


Report on day 7:

I had steak with vegetables and almonds for lunch. That was one interesting, but also really good recipe. The veggies got spiced with vanilla. It tasted very extraordinary. :D For dinner I had curry with shrimp and something very special: Pilgrim scallops. I love them. I just wish they weren't that expensive. ^^" I got six of them, because I had a guest. B.A. came by for dinner and a movie. Dinner was delicious. As for the movie... in case you should ever wonder what the movie "Sushi girl" will be like... let me just tell you it won't be what you expect. It was... gross somehow. It's really good that B.A. doesn't mind that stuff. ^^" Even so we had to watch something fun afterwards. That was really nice. :D

Oh, almost forgot, I went to gym and did my workout. So, I was a good girl. ^^


Report on day 8:

Yesteray was a bit difficult. I felt a lot like having something sweet. But I did well. ^^ I had chicken with veggies for lunch and a nice omelette for dinner. Nothing too special, but I can't have expensive food every day. It was all nice and tasty. Other than that I only had water. So, I was good.

No workout yesterday. I used the day to do some stuff on my PC.


Report on day 9:

Today I had salmon with pepper vegetables for lunch. It was good, spiced with lemon. For dinner I had Chili. Totally awesome. :D Oh, and I got a special treat today, a cup of coffee with milk. That was really good. All in all it was a good eating day.

I went to gym to work off the milk I had. ^^ It was nice to get those muscles moving. I have now officially lost 5kg. I'm feeling really good and I'm hoping that things will keep going that way. It's absolutely fantastic. :D

Hello, everyone! :D

It's time for an entry on my dieting project. I've been doing this for a week now. I know I started on Tuesday, but since things are progressing so well, I'll simply cut the Monday that I missed and decide that tomorrow my second week starts officially. And things really are progressing well. I've lost 3kg thus far. I know, of course, that the weight goes down more easily at the beginning, but it's still very nice progress. ^^ So, what has been going on this weekend?


Report on day 5: As I think I have mentioned before, yesterday was my "load day" on which I am allowed to eat anything at any time. Well, what can I say. I even bought ice-cream, because I was dying to get something nice and sweet. In the end I didn't eat any of it, though. XD I had a fruit shake in the morning, which was really SO nice. I love fruits and I miss them during the week. They are very sweet, though, so I understand why I should nto have them. ^^ Next I had pasta for lunch. It was really totally delicious. However, as I was finished I felt so stuffed. >< I felt like I couldn't move anymore. So I had a very strong urge to hit the gym, which I did and did a one hour workout. I felt a lot better afterwards, but decided that I'd had enough for one day and that my dinner should be a salad again. ^^ I had one too, but since it was my load day I also had the chocolate covered starberries I had bought. They were yummy. <3 Well, that's how my load day ended. XD

Report on day 6: Today I had hamburgers. Yes, hamburgers. They are good to eat, if you prepare them the right way. It wasn't too difficult and they tasted really good. I had vegetables with them and I was really full afterwards, but not in a bad way. It's amazing, I can eat until I'm full, but I never feel stuffed. It's totally amazing. For dinner I had salad again. Somehow I can't get enough of it right now. ^^ I had it with tomatoes and chopped meat and eggs. So good. ^^ So, I had a really good day. I didn't do any exercise today, I decided that it's okay to skip one day per week. I did a lot of stuff at home today, finished some of hte stuff that I had been dragging along.


That much for now. I've made it through my first week. Nine to go. See you next week! <3

Hello, everybody!

Yes, an update on how my diet is going. It's going pretty well. Once you've found your way into it and you know what's good to eat and what isn't, it's actually okay. Right now i'm really only worried about my period hitting in. That always totally messes with my hormones and I either feel sick or I want to eat whatever's within reach. @__@ I really hope I'll make it well during that time. ^^


As for yesterday, the report on day 3:

I had shrimp with vegetables for lunch. I made them as a curry. I just lvoe curry. ^^ It was really good. I used tofu for the cream. I read later that tofu isn't good for my diet, so I'll leave it from now on, but I think it's still okay, because I didn't use too much of it. My dinner was another salad with meat. Since it was already a bit late I swapped the beans for tomatoes. Worked perfectly fine. :D

I did some exercise yesterday. I did not visit the gym, but I did some thorough house cleaning. Took me about three hours to finish everything, so I guess that counts as a work-out. I was spent afterwards at any rate. XD


On to today, report on day 4:


Today's lunch was fish with veggies. Made them into curry again. XD It was totally yummy. And I love salmon so much. *___* So, that was pretty much perfect. As a special treat I had coffee with milk today, while I was out with my mother shopping. Coffee is something that I miss, but I just can't have it black. >< Tonight's dinner was a steak with the left-overs of the vegetables from lunch. I also made my own lemon ginger tea, so I'll have some flavour in my drink every now and then. It tastes pretty good, so I'm proud that I was able to make it. ^^

Went to the gym today and had an extended work-out. Totally spent now. @__@

So I did good today, I think. ^^ I'm not feeling hungry and I have to say that I am really feeling very well. Actually, I haven't felt as vivid in a long time. ^^ So, it seems that all of this is really good, which makes me very happy right now. I'm still happy that I'll be having my "Load day" tomorrow, which means that I won't have to watch what I'm eating all the time. ^^ Maybe I'll even have some ice-cream. ^^"

Hello, everybody!

This is my first entry on my new dieting project. I will keep record of what I'm doing and how I'm doing with it for the next weeks in hopes to keep the thing going more easily. Those of you who have met me in person will agree that it can't hurt if I lose some weight. During the past three years I've gained almost 20kg and I just have to do something about that. Now, two of my attempts have failed miserably. I am now trying a new approach. First of all, I've set a time range during which I plan to pull this new program through. I'm hoping that this will help with the motivation. Furthermore, I decided to write a kind of diary on the progress and on how I'm doing generally. So, here's my first entry.

I started the program yesterday. You might think that Tuesday is a weird day to start something like this, but I decided that it's as good as any other day. So, here are the details of the program I have joined:
